Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced LAN Technician II for our Information Technology team in Gaithersburg, MD who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a LAN Tech II you will: - Provide Service Operations response and support for all requests, incidents and access related efforts performed on site at any of the organization’s locations - Assist with the installation, configuration, upgrade, and overall provide day-to-day administration and support required for the AHC compute environment - Support the administration and configuration of end point devices to include laptops, tablets, desktops, peripherals, and clinical devices - Conduct site surveys, assesses and document current site equipment, configurations and user requirements - Be able to take a flexible work schedule and be on call after hours - Follow standard operating procedures in the implementation and transition of software and hardware deployments - Facilitate conversations across AHC employees, vendors...
