Position Summary: The Recruiting Supervisor - Driver Hiring Center will lead a team of individuals responsible for driver recruiting and hiring efforts for Penske Logistics. This role will have an assigned geography/ group of accounts and will ensure a white glove candidate experience, full support of business recruiting needs, and meet established compliance requirements. In this role you will manage, train, coach, and motivate a staff of centralized driver recruiters. As a primary point for our internal customers (our location managers), you will collaborate on needs for our locations across US and Canada and provide updates on hiring activity to field operations leaders and field HR managers. As part of a team of supervisors, you will have shared responsibility for training, system technology, background screening, driving record reviews, and hiring process compliance.
