Summary: This position is the first impression of the Reef Treats – we need a friendly face, outgoing, positive attitude, friendly with kids, always smiling, good phone skill, can handle multi tasking between taking orders, answering phone with food orders, up selling food items, proper charging and making sure that the food tickets get signed, handling the phone sales and questions of the Reef Treats Menu, pulling and grouping food, delivery to table when time permits, cash handling and able to handle posi-touch computer point of sale. Good communication well organized and clean. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Taking orders in person and via telephone · Food prep and finishing food prior to it being picked up or delivered. · Customer Skills · Cash handling, being able to balance the drawer nightly. · Under stand the service part of an open restaurant. · Great communication skills and able to handle a fast paced work environment. · Able to lift 25lbs and work clean & organized throughout the day.
