Help shape the future of online and hybrid learning at North Idaho College. The Instructional Designer II / eLearning Coordinator leads the daily operations of eLearning while providing instructional design expertise and support to faculty and academic divisions. This role plays a key part in strengthening online teaching and learning through course development, faculty training, and continuous improvement of digital learning experiences. In this position, you will collaborate with faculty and staff to design, develop, and evaluate instructional materials for online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses. You will provide individualized and group support to instructors integrating educational technologies, and design training sessions, workshops, and resources that enhance teaching effectiveness. You will oversee eLearning workflows, coordinate instructional design projects, and ensure course quality through established standards for accessibility, Regular and Substantive Interaction, and instructional best practices.
