Position Summary: The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Hanger Boutiques Store Manager to drive sales, manage volunteer schedules, select merchandise, and provide excellent customer service. This role supports our mission by increasing revenue, motivating staff and volunteers, and ensuring a strong connection between customers and Working Wardrobes.
