Job Summary: If selected, the applicant/candidate will be required to successfully pass the FDNY F-89 on-site for 1285 Avenue of the Americas within 90 days of hire and become the lead Fire Life Safety Director (FLSD) registered on the Emergency Action Plan shortly thereafter . In addition, applicant must acquire FDNY’s F-01, F-04 permit, and AED/CPR certification The FLSD is charged with the responsibility of overseeing the execution of the Comprehensive Fire Safety and Emergency Action (level 1) Plan and all staff training to ensure readiness.
