Joining the team as a Housekeeping Front Line Lead - Twilight means you will lead a team of housekeepers, linen porters, and public area cleaners, all of whom work together to maintain the high standards of cleanliness that our guests expect and deserve on their overnight stay. You’ll lead by example, driving your team to deliver excellent guest interactions and, of course, beautifully clean and welcoming rooms and public areas. You’ll be a knowledge holder of the health and safety policies across your areas, monitor your stock levels (replenishing when needed) and motivate your team to exceed cleanliness KPI targets.
