Resource Innovations is seeking a Market Engagement Representative to join our growing team in Chandler, Arizona. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Market Engagement Representative with a strong background in commercial lighting, HVAC, and building mechanical systems to join our dynamic team. As a Market Engagement Representative you will help recruit, onboard, train and maintain relationships with qualified service providers including installation contractors and engineering/controls vendors. You will participate in program events and support other program marketing and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses the right mix of leadership, sales skills, technical ability, program expertise, and interpersonal skills to succeed in this position. In this role, you will provide support for an existing outreach team supporting energy efficiency programs for commercial customers to promote the program, engage qualified service providers, drive participation, and maximize energy savings to achieve program goals.
