Description: The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine is seeking a full-time Hematopathology faculty member at a rank of Assistant, Associate, or full Professor. Board certification or eligibility in Hematopathology is required. Additional board certification or eligibility in Molecular Genetic Pathology is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will join a collegial team of nine hematopathologists in the Section of Hematopathology within the Division of Clinical Pathology. Based at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA, the Hematopathology faculty currently handle approximately 5,000 in-house bone marrow/lymph node biopsy specimens and 1,500 outside/expert consultation cases annually.
