Job Description Summary The Senior Product Line Leader for the BWRX 300 modular product line is a key contributor within the Product Management organization, responsible for driving the definition and execution of modular product strategies in alignment with business objectives, program commitments, and enterprise processes. This role focuses on driving clear program objectives, ensuring disciplined execution through established product development and gate review processes, and enabling informed decision making across technical, commercial, and operational functions. The Modularization Senior Product Line Leader leads cross functional coordination across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, commercial, and finance teams to monitor development progress, manage cost and schedule tradeoffs, and proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities. The role supports gate reviews, ensuring readiness, alignment, and transparent communication to internal leadership.
