You get it done: Growing existing customer relationships and identifying commercial opportunities within our transport organisation: you’re on it. How do you do this? As an inside sales account manager, you are responsible for your own customer portfolio and manage it as if it were your own business. You maintain continuous contact with customers, identify opportunities for additional transport solutions and keep pushing until opportunities are successfully realised. You are not someone who gives up easily: you keep asking questions, thinking along with the customer and pushing forward until results are achieved.
