The University of Miami IT Department has an opportunity for a full-time Technical Product Owner for Email and Collaboration Services. The Technical Product Owner for Email and Collaboration Services leads a team responsible for the development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Proofpoint, Office 365, and Google platforms. This individual oversees analysts and technical service managers through multiple implementations, migrations, and ongoing support initiatives. The Product Owner collaborates closely with internal technology teams and business partners to drive complex projects and ensure seamless delivery of services.
