Job DetailsJob Location: Duluth Entertainment Convention Center - Duluth, MN 55802Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 HourlyTitle Security Staff Hourly Wage: $16.00 Summary/Objective: Do you want to help create a safe and positive atmosphere for many of Duluth’s large special events? DECC Security works at hockey games, concerts, weddings, and many other fun and engaging events. An Event Security member will uphold the DECC’s safety and security policies and procedures under the guidance of our Safety and Security Manager. Requirements & Competencies: Ability to adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected events. Ability to resolve problems and manage difficult situations as needed. Ability to move quickly throughout the complex when an event(s) is located in multiple areas. Provide excellent customer service experience. Preferred Education and Experience: 1+ years of security experience Essential Functions (Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.) Provide excellent customer service.
