Job Description: A Brief Overview: Assists the facility in identifying, evaluating, and addressing pharmacy-related concerns and issues that affect resident care, medical care, quality of life, and/or regulatory compliance. Responsible for collaboration with facility leaders and staff to coordinate pharmaceutical services within long term facilities, guiding development and evaluation of those procedures.
