We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with our Product and Technology organizations in a highly strategic capacity. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior leaders, translating business strategies into effective people and organizational strategies. Working closely with Product and Tech leadership, you will help shape organizational structures, strengthen leadership practices, and enable high-performing teams across multiple offices. Your primary stakeholders are managers and senior leaders, whom you will support in navigating complex organizational and employee-related topics. This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on leadership of complex HR topics, requiring strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, international environment.
