WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING AT OUR CORPORATE IN MARINA DEL REY: OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION: The Architectural Design Associate will work as an integral part of the in-house Architectural Design Team and support the Furniture Design Team as needed. The candidate should be a team player with strong design sensibility and excellent communication skills. In addition, the candidate should be thorough, detail-oriented, and have the ability to oversee multiple short and long-term tasks to completion. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in all phases of design projects, construction through opening and beyond - Partner with teams with any elements of physical environments of existing locations, including but not limited to facilities and maintenance - Manage business vendors related to buildings, facilities, appliances, finishes, installations, repairs, maintenance, etc. - Manage RFP's and present options to the team, help ensure timely follow up takes place - Track all scheduling with vendors and maintain calendar - Assist in obtaining proper budgetary approvals for any projects involving external vendors - Assist the team in communications and follow up with consultants and ve...
