Job Description: The College of Dentistry is recruiting a Sterilization Supervisor to manage the daily operations of the Central Sterilization unit in the Department of Clinic Administration. This unit provides sterilization services to the UFCD dental students and faculty by providing sanitized dental instruments for patient care. Overall duties include leading and developing the team of Sterilization Technicians, ensuring safety standards and regulations are consistently met while maintaining efficient operations so that instrument kits are properly washed, verified, packaged, and sterilized accurately and in a timely manner.
