Requirements: Job Overview: The PM Team Leader provides guidance and support to his/her Preliminary Match Coordinator team. He/she provides periodic reviews of donor statuses and files for his/ her team to insure quality customer service and procedures are being followed. The Preliminary Match Team Leader receives and manages preliminary match donors transferred in from other donor centers and manages preliminary match donors requested to participate on clinical trials.
