The salary ranges from £24000 - £26,000 per annum. Let's talk about the role. It involves - Inbox Management: Collaborate with the team to manage the inbox, ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly and accurately. All correspondence must be appropriately logged in Reapit. - Section 13 Notice Production: Prepare and issue accurate Section 13 Notices through Goodlord in a timely and compliant manner. - Fee Administration: Ensure all applicable fees are correctly added and recorded in Reapit. - System Updates & Rent Adjustments: Update Reapit to reflect rent increases, tenancy amendments, and relevant tenanc...
