Description EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full time, 40Hrs/week: REPORTS TO: Vice President of Programming DEPARTMENT: Home Ownership: FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt, Benefits Eligible: LOCATION: Kansas City, MO: JOB SUMMARY: The Educational Coordinator is responsible for designing, managing, and expanding the organization’s homeownership and financial literacy education ecosystem. This role leads curriculum development, oversees delivery of both in-person and virtual education, and cultivates strategic partnerships to expand access and impact. The Educational Coordinator will also build and maintain a scalable, self-led virtual education platform to support clients at all stages of the homeownership journey. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the Beneficiary Deed and TODD programming with key community partners.
