The Head of Executive Communications, People Organisation leads communications strategy and execution for Nokia’s global People organisation. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation and human story. The role operates within Nokia’s functional GMC model reporting to the VP, Corporate Communications & Executive Messaging. The role holder works within Nokia’s functional communications model, orchestrating resources from internal communications, media relations, brand, content and external agency teams to deliver integrated, high-quality communications against the People organisation’s strategic plan. Critically, this is not a delivery-only role. The Head of Executive Communications Communications for CPO organisation brings a communications lens to the People organisation’s strategy. The role demands both strategic leadership and a willingness to operate hands-on, setting direction and ensuring delivery against the plan.
