As a Facilities Maintenance Technician III, you’ll play a key role in sustaining a safe, reliable, and inclusive work environment. This role is fully onsite in Tempe. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems in a cleanroom and production facility Work within RODI Systems: Troubleshoot complex systems and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams Respond to urgent building system alarms and prioritize work orders based on safety, production, and compliance needs Maintain and document equipment records using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Ensure all tasks comply with OSHA, Medtronic EHS standards, FDA re...
