Locations: Monroe, MI: Additional Locations: Monroe, MI: Work Site: On Site: Req ID: 218149: Position Overview: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all activities within the warehouse, including, but not limited to Operations Management, Inventory, and Systems Management, as well as Safety, Security, and Compliance. Job Duties: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control. Operate forklift to safely load and unload shipments in the yard. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and maintain quality standards. Monitor and manage the flow of goods to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments to optimize overall supply chain performance. Manage physical inventory counts and cycle counting programs to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy. Utilize the Warehouse Management System (SAP) to track inventory, process orders, and generate reports. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
