Job description

The Station Manager is responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations are conducted in a safe and financially sound manner through the following duties: Responsible for supervising assigned station personnel. Responsible for maintaining Ryan Air customer service standards. Operates station within annual budget projections. Conducts local sales calls with established business entities. Hires, trains, schedules, disciplines and conducts annual evaluations for all assigned station personnel. Enacts policies and procedures. Ensures that all contract ground services are provided within the terms of the contracts. Manages relationships, customer service standards, and cargo management requirements in accordance with mainline cargo airline contracts. Ensures that all required station personnel training is accomplished and current, including ground service contract training. Ensures that monthly safety meetings are conducted. Ensures compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Ensure that proper maintenance of plant and ground service equipment is consistent with Company standards.
