Responsibilities: Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant who applies principals of accounting to analyze, record and reconcile financial information and prepare financial reports by performing the following duties. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of journal entries with supporting documentation - Preparation and maintenance of excel spreadsheets for account analysis and reporting - Responsible for cash reconciliation - Responsible for all company inventory reconciliations - Capitalization and depreciation of fixed assets - Collects appropriate data to prepare sales tax returns, 1099s and other informational an...
