Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is Amazon's "Last Mile" delivery service, responsible for delivering packages (and smiles) to households/businesses across the planet. AMZL Brazil is at the exciting phase of building logistics network at rapid scale since 2021. We aim to be the first carrier choice for our customers through best delivery experience. To realize this, we are launching new buildings, hiring passionate people and deploying best at Amazon technology to expand our network. Currently, we are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to manage multiple sites across the national territory. This manager will lead a team comprised of multiple managers, frontline staff and associates. This position will be the single thread leader owning existing site operation and future operations in a specific region. The role influences the operations to ensure the proper execution according to best in class standards deployed in the country. It also influences AMZL’s strategic investment decisions, drives innovation and owns the cost structure to run network efficiently with safety for our customers.
