WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE DRIVER | JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY: At Magnolia, the Warehouse Associate + Driver is responsible for all duties pertaining to the product life cycle within the Warehouse plus the safe transport of items to businesses and other Magnolia locations. This position works from the Jewell Warehouse in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Operations Supervisor and has no supervisory responsibilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Uphold Magnolia’s manifesto and values - Responsible for the full life cycle of items (both inventory and supply pieces) within the Warehouse from initial receipt, quality inspection, and storage to shipping and order fulfillment. - Operate company equipment daily including pickup truck and box trucks, with onsite training provided. - Responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering items to guests, businesses, and other Magnolia locations in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. - Communicate professionally with team members, dispatchers, and vendors to schedule, coordinate, and complete deliveries. - Ensure utmost safety by completing equipment inspections, observing traffic laws and planned routes, notifying management of truck maint...
