Work Arrangement: In-Office In a cooperative such as UniGroup, the Contract Administrator plays a vital role in managing transportation and logistics agreements that support our household goods (HHG) and logistics operations across the U.S. and Canada. This role partners closely with subject matter experts, agents, and corporate teams to prepare, review, and maintain detailed contractual agreements — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with UniGroup’s policies. The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing contracts from start to finish — from initial request and redlines through annual renewals and amendments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. They thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can adapt quickly as priorities shift.
