Full Consideration Date: 4/27/2026 Job Description: UNI Outdoors is hiring motivated staff to support the climbing wall and outdoor equipment rental operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have an interest in climbing and outdoor recreation, and are eager to learn. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service at the climbing wall and rental desk; assist with daily operations, including gear check-out and returns; support climbers and learn proper belay techniques; help maintain and organize outdoor equipment; and move and handle equipment such as canoes, kayaks, and other gear. Qualifications: Strong customer service skills; knowledge of climbing (or willingness to learn, including belaying); outdoor equipment knowledge (or willingness to learn); and ability to lift and move equipment (canoes, kayaks, etc.) required.
