POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor, Electrical and Plant Operations assumes responsibility to manage the shift to shift operations of the department associated with the direct operations of the Central Utility Plant (CUP), Central Electrical Plant (CEP), hospital, and off site facilities as needed. They will maintain, repair, and install electrical equipment throughout the hospital and supporting facilities (CUP, CEP, SSB, and parking facilities as needed). The Supervisor, Electrical Plant Operations oversees maintenance teams, manages installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems, and ensures compliance with safety codes and project timelines. The Supervisor, Electrical Plant Operations provides high quality work in a safe environment. The Supervisor, Electrical Plant Operations aids to develop staff; they plan, schedule, and inspect work, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage resources, collaborates with multidisciplinary professionals; and provides service excellence.
