We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Security Advisor to join our Downer Professional Services team, they will play a key role in ensuring compliance against the Defence Industry Security Program. Reporting to our Director - Defence Industry Security Program, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: - Support the development and administration of DISP governance documentation and compliance initiatives. - Lead and support Security Advisors in business-as-usual operations. - Monitor workloads of Security Advisors and provide escalation as necessary. - Support workforce planning and team capability development. - Develop, contribute and/or maintain enterprise security documentation, including roadmaps, plans, processes, procedures and internal security controls.
