Rose Valley Management is looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing company! JOB SUMMARY: This position organizes, directs and supervises the maintenance and repair program involving buildings and grounds. Also coordinates maintenance and repair activities with functions of other departments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plans, directs, supervises and/or performs maintenance program tasks (heating, cooling, plumbing, water, gas, electrical, mechanical, oxygen, communications, carpentry, painting, plastering, refinishing and similar work; heavy duty cleaning, grounds care, maintenance of institutional equipment and vehicles). Schedules repair and preventive maintenance, replacement and new installation of structures, equipment and grounds. - Advises and consults with Community Manager on maintenance and repairs of structures, equipment and grounds. - Orients, instructs and supervises other maintenance personnel.
