Job Description: We are looking for an experienced “Tech” person to help us with Telpark backoffice programs and tools and knowledge of RPA development to join our team and help us automate business processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing automation robots using tools such as UiPath or Appian and some knowledge of the last Technologies and IA advances. Although the main responsibility of the role is related to managing these automation processes, also will support in the rest of tasks of the department. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Work closely with the development team to resolve technical issues and improve the different applications in the ecosystem of Telpark. - Managing permissions for different users and groups. - Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and ensure automation solutions aligning with business objectives. - Support the development team in the payment gateway - Design and implement RPAs using various process automation tools,ensuring the quality of the developed code and perform testing to ensure the proper functioning. - Identify automa...
