The team manages all activities required for the accurate and timely maintenance of the Shareholder Registry, the accounting and financial aspects of dividends and corporate actions, and the full lifecycle of meeting management. This includes member registration, quorum verification, voting processes, and coordination with corporate secretaries and financial intermediaries. The department also prepares statistical reporting and ensures compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
