Position Summary: The Workforce Optimization Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing workforce strategies. This position leads the end-to-end lifecycle of workforce optimization initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role partners with leaders across all levels to align workforce plans with business objectives, proactively anticipate organizational needs, and mitigate risk through compliance with employment laws and sound governance.
