We Make Life More Rewarding and Dignified Location : ​Libertyville​: Department : ​ Summary: As part of the Global Tax Team, the Sr. International Tax Analyst will focus on international tax aspects of accounting for income taxes and tax compliance. Primary activities include reviewing and ensuring proper support for income tax provision calculations and serving as an experienced resource on international tax calculations and compliance to support the US tax team. Responsibilities: - Prepare international tax calculations including Subpart F, BEAT, foreign tax credits, basis, GILTI, FDII, etc. - Compute current earnings and profits for foreign subsidiaries and maintain accumulated E&P and PTEP pools. - Work with various global finance teams to gather information required to complete the international forms, disclosures and statements of the US Federal income tax return (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8992, 8990, 1118, 8975, etc.). - Work with local contacts to gather information required to complete Pillar 2 obligations, including GIR, QDMTT and any local registrations and notifications. - Remain current on developments in tax policy, tax legislation, Treasury regulations, Revenue Procedu...
