Application Support Engineer Permanent: Grade C - £35,412 - £41,771 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week: We’re recruiting an Application Support Engineer to work on income management and financial systems, with a primary focus on Civica Income Management (formerly CivicaPay). This is not a generic support role. The work centres on keeping large, complex financial systems running accurately and reliably, where mistakes have real impact on billing, income collection, and financial reporting. You’ll be dealing with system issues that affect revenue, rents, and payments, data integrity and reconciliation problems, and the configuration and behaviour of systems that process high-volume financial transactions. The role also involves supportin g integrations between systems, ensuri ng data flows correctly across platforms and that failures are identified and resolved quickly. You’ll work closely with business teams who rely on the system being right first time.
