We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Processing Manager to join our Conventional Trust team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA . Role Overview: The Director, Corporate Trust Operations – Conventional Trust leads multiple teams responsible for the servicing and execution of conventional trust transactions across the full deal lifecycle. This role oversees operational activities related to trustee and administrative agent responsibilities, paying agent and cash processing functions, and deal closing and ongoing transaction administration. The Director ensures operational excellence, strong risk and control discipline, timely and accurate transaction execution, and high-quality service delivery for clients and internal stakeholders.
