You’ll play a pivotal role in mentoring future physicians, advancing primary care education, and leading with purpose in a collaborative environment where compassionate care meets clinical excellence. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Provide visionary leadership for a well-established, mission-driven program with 9 residents per class, shaping curriculum, policies, accreditation readiness, and long-term strategic direction. Foster a supportive, growth-oriented learning environment by mentoring residents, offering guidance, real-time feedback, and professional development pathways that prepare them for their careers.
