Description: The Mental Health Housing Clinician is part of HOPE (Housing Outreach Preventing Eviction), a team that supports clients in Vancouver to maintain their housing. HOPE focuses on offering a short-term intervention based on intensive deep-cleaning and/or household management supports that address immediate risks of eviction, life safety issues, or barriers to discharge from hospital. The Mental Health Housing Clinician plays a key role in overseeing assessment, intervention, and discharge planning for all HOPE clients.
