Job description

Based at our Wetherill Park branch in Greater Western Sydney, the Supervisor – Electrical role provides frontline leadership for the delivery of planned maintenance and breakdown support for our PowerGen customers. The role leads and coordinates a team of electricians and mechanics, providing technical direction, oversight and support across complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance of power generation systems. You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with established procedures and customer contracts, while building team capability through coaching, guidance and strong operational decision‑making in a high‑volume service environment.
