About the Role: As a Trade Documentation Officer your role is to ensure all activities relating to Trade Paper Documentation (receipt, coordination, scanning, indexing and required follow up) support superior relationship, customer outcomes and Trade transaction processing. All paper documentation activities that support internal and external customers will be processed (handled, scanned and indexed) within agreed turnaround times, with required Non-Financial Risk and compliance parameters well managed. The incumbent will interact with both internal and external customers ensuring timely and accurate processing of Trade Documentation activities ensuring appropriate sanctions, credit and operational risk assessment in adherence to ANZ Bank policy. Role location is in each AU state where paper documents are received (hard or soft copy) from Customers or bankers.
