Our programs are designed to build knowledge, skills and confidence aligned to ANZ’s critical capability priorities. The ANZ Academy delivers a broad suite of learning experiences across key focus areas, including professional skills, data and digital fundamentals, banking fundamentals, and leadership capability through LEAD@ANZ. The Facilitator and Learning Designer role is responsible for both the high‑quality delivery and ongoing co‑creation of ANZ Academy learning experiences. This role blends deep facilitation expertise with applied learning design capability to ensure programs are engaging, relevant, and effective for a wide range of audiences.
