Job Description: We’re actively seeking a talented Senior Market Research/Customer Insights Analyst to join our team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This role follows a hybrid schedule of four days in the office (on-site). As a Senior Market Research/Customer Insights Analyst you’ll move Pacific Life forward by providing support for the life product intelligence function through comprehensive research and analysis of company's markets, customers, competition and/or product mix You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 5 people in the Consumer Markets division. How you'll help move us forward: Execute research and analysis within defined projects Support product marketing through market and competitive research Provide insights for tactical decisions: Work independently but within structured assignments Support producers and wholesalers by maintaining working knowledge of Pacific Life's and competitors' products The experience you bring: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of professional experience What makes you stand out: Familiarity with Pacific Life's illustration software Prior work experience with a life insurance carrier Experience preparing and delivering presentation...
