Description This position is contingent upon successful contract award. The Senior Doctrine Analyst leads efforts to codify military best practices into official doctrine. Oversees long-range studies, coordinates across high-level staffs, and translates operational "warfighting" experience into technical standards guiding future joint and multinational operations. Travel may be required. Job Roles & Responsibilities: - Strategic Study Leadership: Plan, conduct, and coordinate major, long-range studies of comprehensive and complex issues that impact the Joint Force. - Technical Analysis & Recommendation: Develop high-level technical analyses and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership regarding doctrinal gaps and operational requirements. - Team Oversight & Delegation: Lead multi-disciplinary teams in major studies.
