Job DetailsJob Location: Cannon School - Concord, NC 28027Position Type: Full TimeOVERVIEW The Upper School Associate Director of Admission works in close partnership with the Director of Admission and Financial Aid, the Associate Director of Admission (Lower School), the Admission Assistant, and the broader Strategic Enrollment Management team to support a comprehensive enrollment strategy centered on building meaningful relationships with prospective students and their families. The position also helps co-coordinate a dynamic portfolio of on- and off-campus events and sponsorship initiatives aimed at engaging prospective families, community influencers, and key opinion leaders. In addition, the role supports the Director of Admission and Financial Aid in overseeing the financial aid process, ensuring that applications, reviews, and decisions are handled with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. RESPONSIBILITIES: Enrollment Support: Work with the Admission Team to cultivate inquiries and leads; convert inquiries to applicants, and assist Grade 9-12 applicants with each stage of the admission process.
