Food & Beverage Coordinator The Lodge Food & Beverage Coordinator is tasked with cultivating a World Class Customer Service atmosphere for guests, Addressing any issues or complaints in a timely manner. Must be able to obtain a World Class Customer Service Certification as well as ServSafe certification within the first 90 days. Years of Related Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Combined 5 years’ experience in F&B and event coordination preferred. Food & Beverage Coordinator Duties: Communicate with liaisons and group points of contact to help coordinate all F&B event planning Ensure dietary and allergy needs are gathered in time for Kitchen’s ordering and menu creation Assist in keeping both the point of contact’s and our team’s coordination information on schedule Help professionally describe and enforce Seed & Social rules and limitations to both guests and staff Keep F&B Manager, Executive Chef, and Event Coordinators informed of last-minute F&B event changes Pull profile notes before group arrivals to ensure dietary, allergy, or special needs or preferences are known and distributed appropriately Gather pictures, dietary/allergy informati...
