To support our ambition of designing the insurance experience of the future and driving operational excellence, we are expanding our Strategic Operations team. We are therefore looking for a Senior Operations Data Analyst (m/f/d) to join us full-time, based in Berlin . This is a hybrid role with a primary working location at our office on Chausseestraße in Berlin. Your role in a team: As a Senior Operations Data Analyst, you will take ownership of our operational data landscape and turn complex datasets into actionable insights that drive real business impact. Working closely with our Data Platform team and our Business Intelligence Lead, you will analyse and interpret data across claims, customer service, loss ratios, employee performance, and customer satisfaction - enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous operational improvement.
