Position Specific Description: This Central Maintenance Manager role leads the Projects Team supporting major projects across NextEra Energy primarily focused on Power Generation assets. The role is accountable for end-to-end project management from early development through execution and closeout ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost compliance. Qualifications: Experience leading major maintenance outages and/or large capital projects in power generation (combined cycle preferred); bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Construction Management) preferred.
