Provide executive leadership and direction to MULTIVAC Capital Equipment Sales Team to achieve sales targets. In cooperation with Regional Sales Directors, Regional Sales Managers, and Sales Administration Team , develop systems, processes, procedures, and strategic business plans aligned with the organizations goals. Develop and implement a hiring and training strategy to ensure long-term customer satisfaction with a well-focused sales group. This position will travel 2-3 weeks per month with remai nder of the time being spent in the office to ensure proper preparation and follow-up. On occasion, weekend travel will be necessary. Some international travel is required. Schedule needs to be flexible to accommodate travel, customer needs, trade shows, meetings, and customer schedules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or Business Technology Management preferred with a minimum of ten years of sales and/or industry related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.
